How to connect

One-click join via Steam
Heads up: Steam search does not list this server The server is configured for Steam + Epic crossplay, and on that mode ARK does not register with the Steam master server browser. Steam clients can still connect - you just need to add the server as a Favorite or use direct connect. Both are explained below.

Joining from Steam (Favorites - recommended)

  1. In the Steam client (not the game), click View → Game Servers.
  2. Open the Favorites tab and click Add a Server.
  3. Enter exactly 217.154.191.51:27015 (this is the query port, not the game port).
  4. Launch ARK: Survival Evolved and click Join ARK.
  5. Open the Session Filter dropdown (bottom-left) and pick Favorites.
  6. Select Ark Sairaph in the results and click Join.

The Favorites entry persists across Steam restarts, so this is a one-time setup.

Alternative: direct connect via in-game console
  1. Start a single-player session first (the console only works inside a loaded world).
  2. Press Tab to open the console.
  3. Type open 217.154.191.51:7777 and press Enter.

Tips

  • This is ARK Survival Evolved, NOT Survival Ascended. Make sure you launch the right title.
  • If the favorites entry shows the server as offline right after a restart, give it 1-2 minutes for the heartbeat to register and refresh the list.

Switching characters (cluster transfer)

This server is configured as a single-node cluster, which unlocks the in-game character upload/download UI. You can park a character on the cluster, start a fresh one, then come back to the parked character later. Items and tames stay on the active map and do not transfer.

  1. Walk up to any obelisk, supply drop or tek transmitter.
  2. Hold E (or your interact key) and pick Access Inventory.
  3. Open the Transmit ARK Data tab at the top.
  4. Choose UPLOAD SURVIVOR. Your character is removed from the world and stored on the cluster - safe and recoverable.
  5. Log out. On your next login the server will treat you as a new survivor and put you back in character creation.

Coming back to an uploaded character

  1. Walk to any obelisk / supply drop / transmitter on the active character.
  2. Open Transmit ARK Data → DOWNLOAD SURVIVOR.
  3. Pick the survivor you uploaded. You respawn as that character with all their level / engrams / hair intact.

Notes: you can only have one active character at a time. Items and tames do not follow your character through the cluster (admins intentionally locked item/dino transfers to keep cheating out). Upload slots never expire on this server.
